*~NEW TEMPLATE*~

Well, I decided to change my template. I adore Jack the Pumpkin King just as much as the next gal, but I needed a change. I like this one. My favorite flower is the Gerbera Daisy, as seen above and to the right :)

I went out tonight, just to get a drink. Fireworks were going off all over town.



I love the sound and the pretty colors.

Wrote a poem today, but I'm not sure it's finished:

Black and white
in my eyes before me
scenes of yesteryear
a life of innocence I see

No bills, no tears
no woes placed at my feet
carefree summer days at play
little girl in the southern heat

Leave behind the stress
and a world with no hope
blonde pigtails bouncing in the air
swish, swosh of the jumprope

Don't tell me of gas prices
and the latest political lies
just give me a warm summer night
and a sky filled with fireflies
